About Congress
Esteemed Scientists,
ICAFR'24 will be hosted by the Department of Business Administration at Bartın University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on September 27-29, 2024. ICAFR, which has been gaining strength since 2013, aims to create a scientific platform where participants from accounting and finance disciplines can share their knowledge, expertise, and experiences.
The congress is open to all research conducted in the fields of accounting and finance. In addition, the main theme of the congress has been determined as "Smart Technologies and Changing World Dynamics," taking into account recent developments closely affecting the disciplines of accounting and finance.
In line with the main theme of the congress, ICAFR'24 aims to present topics related to the effects of recent transformations in accounting and finance disciplines, their potential future implications, and the integration of these technologies into accounting and finance functions on a scientific platform. The contributions of esteemed scientists to the congress are crucial for the accumulation and advancement of scientific knowledge.
Abstract and full-text papers submitted to the congress will be evaluated by academics on the scientific committee through a double-blind peer review process for their suitability and original value in terms of scientific research qualities. Papers accepted after peer review will be eligible for presentation at the congress and will be published in online proceedings. Researchers may also submit their papers presented at the congress for evaluation to the special issue of Bartın University Journal of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences dedicated to ICAFR'24.
Bartın University, which has been granted specialization rights in the field of "Smart Logistics and Integrated Regional Applications" by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), has recently stood out in many academic metrics with its dynamic and productive identity. As the Bartın University family, we would be honored to welcome esteemed scientists as participants at the face-to-face congress to be held at our Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences on September 27-29, 2024.
